Welcome to Maid4You. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or availing our services. By making a payment, registering with us, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms in full.

Our Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and fairness for both customers and service providers.

1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate details regarding their address, household requirements, and preferred service timings.

Customers must ensure that the helper is provided a safe, hygienic, and respectful work environment.

Helpers must be treated with dignity and fairness. Any form of harassment, abuse, or unsafe conditions will result in immediate suspension of service without compensation.

Customers must provide cleaning materials, equipment, or tools and groceries for cooking in necessary for completing the work unless otherwise agreed.

Payments should be made promptly as per the agreed terms.

2. Service Commitment & Limitations

Maid4You strives to provide skilled, reliable, and punctual helpers. However, continuity with the same helper cannot always be guaranteed due to personal, medical, or unavoidable reasons.

Delays or interruptions may occur due to external factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, emergencies, strikes, etc.). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternate arrangements.

Helpers may be replaced if found unsuitable, subject to availability, and only within the scope of our policy.

Trial visits are provided to help customers evaluate suitability. Once the trial is complete and services are accepted, all payments are deemed final.

3. Breach of Contract by Customer

Maid4You reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

The customer fails to make timely payments.

The customer misrepresents service needs.

The customer engages in abusive behavior or creates unsafe conditions.

The customer demands work outside the agreed scope.

In such cases, the customer is not eligible for any refunds or credits.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

Maid4You acts as a facilitator and does not directly employ helpers.

While basic screening and verification are conducted, Maid4You is not responsible for acts of misconduct, negligence, or disputes arising after a helper is assigned.

Customers must secure valuables and personal belongings. Maid4You will not be liable for theft, loss, or damages unless proven as a result of direct negligence by our team.

Maid4You is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

All customer information is kept strictly confidential and used only for service-related purposes.

Data will not be shared with third parties without customer consent, except when required by law.

Helpers are also instructed to respect customer privacy and maintain confidentiality about household matters.

6. Termination of Services

Maid4You may suspend or terminate services in cases of:

Customer misconduct or breach of policies.

Unsafe or unlawful working conditions.

Misuse of services for unauthorized activities.

Non-payment or repeated delays in payment.

In such cases, services will be discontinued immediately without compensation.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.

8. Registration & Service Fees, Refunds & Credit Notes

Registration Fees: All registration fees are strictly non-refundable as they cover administrative and processing costs.

Service Fees: Service fees are refundable only if no helper has been assigned.

If a helper has been assigned and attended a trial visit, service fees become non-refundable thereafter.

Customers who discontinue after trial or post-assignment are not eligible for a refund.

In special cases, Maid4You may issue a credit note instead of a refund.

Credit notes:

Can be used for future services.

May be transferred to friends or family.

Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, paying, or availing our services, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

You accept that refunds are limited strictly as stated above.

You agree that Maid4You’s decisions regarding refunds, credits, or service suspension are final and binding
